As fate would grace me, I come across a recipe from my favorite blog for something that I ate last night. At the Breslin, April Bloomfield’s new spot in the Ace Hotel, they serve the most ridiculously, ridiculously delicious, buttery sweet caramel corn. This recipe attached adds some spice, which intrigues me greatly. So for those of you who can get to Breslin, go. And if you cannot, make this Smitten Kitchen spicy caramel popcorn at home. I am sure you won’t be disappointed.
